WHAT IS NDIS:
The NDIS, or National Disability Insurance Scheme, is an initiative for Australians dealing with permanent and significant disabilities. The eligibility criteria to become an NDIS participant are as follows:
Age: This is the most essential and basic support a person with a disability may require. It may involve assistance for personal care, household chores, or any other daily activity.
Residence: You must fall under any one of the following:
Australian citizen
Permanent resident or
Protected Special Category Visa
Apart from the above, you must also be staying in Australia to benefit from the NDIS plan.
